Description Constitutional Court´s case law influences the dedision - making practice of general courts especially in the field of constitutional complaints. The Constitutional Court sits in panels or in a plenum and its decisions have a different level pf bindingness. Aside the bindingness of judgements a stable praxis similar to that doctrine of precedent typical for common law countries has developed. Thanks to the judgements and this praxis the Constitutional Court influences also the decision making process of the general courts, which is a form of a judicial dialogue.
