| Description | The article summarises the main conclusions of the case-law of administrative courts on the topic of the incidental review of planning documentation from 2017 to 2022 inclusive. The article presents general background and findings regarding legal standing and general legal review of the substantive act in the main action and review of the planning document as a measure of a general in an ancillary action. Although the article is to a certain extent casuistic, some general conclusions and current case-law trends can be drawn from the analysed case law, which are the basis for the administrative courts in their reviews. |
