| Description | The paper is devoted to the new legal regulation of public construction law and issues related to legislation in this area. In 2021, a new construction law was approved, which should, among other things, reorganize the public construction administration and should simplify the processes of building permits. A major amendment to the hitherto fully ineffective new Construction Act was prepared in 2022. The paper will focus on selected issues regulated by the Construction Act, such as the digitalization of the construction administration. |
