| Description | The scope of the book was chosen in such a way as the capture different types of landscape, from the Transcarapthian lowlands to the highlands, possibly the Beskydy and Jeseníky mountains. The first chapter is focused on Paleolithic and Mesolithic hunters and gatheres. The next chapter informs on the long distance communication routes of the oldest farmers through the Moravian Gate corridor. The enigma of the Eneolithic worhshop for the polished stone tools at the Eneolithic hillfort Hlinsko near Lipník nad Bečvou is solved in the third chapter. The last chapter evaluates the finds of Celtic and Ancient coins. All chapters are accompanied by set of maps. |
