| Description | The paper presents all preliminary references made by the Czech Supreme Courts during the 18 years of the Czech membership in the EU. In the contribution, the author first deals with a statistical comparison of the activity of the Czech courts with the ther Member States that acceded in 2004. The second part of the presentation focuses on several trends that can be observed in the preliminary references of the Supreme Court and the Supreme Administrative Court. |
