The value of justice plays a significant role in the evaluation of legal norms, and in the interpretation and application of law. The idea of justice expresses a certain social ideal of a just legal order. In today's pluralistic late modern society, the unified value, normative and ideological order of society is disintegrating, and law is becoming the only integrating social system with general obligation. |
