| Description | Apart from already known and used dissolution devices, there are several more advanced instruments that can mimic the physiological conditions of the gastrointestinal tract. Among these devices are e.g., Bio-Git or Golem v2. These are designed to predict future drug efficacy in vivo much better. In this presentation, such apparatuses will be presented, along with their advantages and disadvantages, including the presentation of already obtained data. |
