| Description | The primary purpose of this study is to answer a key research question regarding the benefits and challenges associated with student volunteering in a university setting, particularly in the context of shaping their professional careers. Based on the analysis of research data collected from current students and alumni, we have developed recommendations that can be applied in specific university settings. Although our focus was on a specific institution, we believe that these recommendations are transferable to the context of other relevant entities. |
