| Description | The aim of the paper is to analyse the problematic aspects of the work of minors in institutional care. These include, among others, illegal work and the determination of its boundaries in specific cases. Attention will be focused on the causes of problematic phenomena, which are very specific to the given group and the possibilities of their prevention. An integral part of the paper is also the presentation of the consequences that work (both legal and illegal) has for minors in institutional care. |
