| Description | The paper deals with the issue of the so-called binding opinions of the concerned state administration bodies. It focuses on the issues related to the changes in their procedural regime, which were brought about by the amendments to the Construction Act in the Czech Republic. The changes concern in particular the regime of their review in appeal proceedings and in review proceedings. They also concern the possibility of reviewing the so-called fiction of binding opinion, which was also introduced into the Czech legal system by amendments to the Construction Act. |
