Citation
Description The text focuses on the use of economic arguments in law. In the first part, the author focuses on the very nature and relevance of such an approach (answering the question why lawyers should take economic arguments into account), in the second part, the economic approach is put in the context of the teleology of law, where he tries to answer the question how to approach economic arguments, respectively. In the third part, the author shows some more concrete examples of what economic arguments could bring to the law (which, after the first two more theoretical parts, is a kind of practical part).
