| Description | The issue of the legal status of victims and victims in criminal proceedings is currently receiving more and more attention, both at the level of the Czech Republic and at the level of the European Union, which is trying to gradually expand the catalogue of rights guaranteed to victims of crime. However, some EU requirements may cause difficulties in the Czech criminal law environment. |
