| Description | The Interactive Map of French represents a multifunctional tool for the Francophonie in the Czech Republic. Born out of a crisis of declining interest in French in the late 2010s, the map and its website have become an important meeting place for various representatives of the Francophonie in the country. They are presented in schools, businesses, and institutions involved in promoting French in Central Europe. This contribution aims to be one possible suggestion for the debate on this topic, proposed within the field of applied languages, and for the potential use of this dynamic tool, which is constantly evolving, for the Francophonie in the 21st century. |
