| Description | This text is focused on the ways in which a headmaster’s employment can be terminated. It deals with two interrelated issues. The first issue is how the employment of a headmaster can be terminated in accordance with current legislation. The second issue considers who is authorised to perform this legal act. Therefore, the text focuses on the relevant provisions of the Education Act and the Labour Code, and based on its findings, presents a possible proposal for de iure amendments. |
