| Description | On spring 2000 the new Personal Data Protection Act (No. 101/2000 Col.) was passed. By this act a lot of failures of the former Act have been removed, while it's depends on necessity to harmonize czech law in this field with EU law. The paper discribes selected parts of the Act (especially the different ones from the former Act) and deals on it's special application on the high schools depending on the force, duties and discretio of administrators and executors, responsibility on contravention and relations to the data inspection body. |
