| Description | On spring 2000 the new Personal Data Protection Act (No. 101/2000 Col.) was passed. By this act a lot of failures of the former Act have been removed, while it's depends on necessity to harmonize czech law in this field with EU law. The paper discribes selected parts of the Act and implementation process at Masaryk University in Brno. |
