| Description | The paper is aimed on both the applied policy of economic competition and competitive environment in the Czech Republic in connection with the transitive process leading into access to the EU. Especial attention is paid on both the state of legislative conditions of the competition policy and on the amendment to the act on the economic competition from the point of view of the coordination the Czech and European law. |
