Description The study was focused on the influence of methamphetamine (MET)on the activities of CYP 2D and 3A in the isolated perfused rat liver. The results showed that MET significantly increased the activity of both CYP isozymes after 10 days of premedication probably by the indirect mechanism, because it did not influence their activity when administered directly into the perfusion solution.
