Description The influence of methamphetamine (MET)on the activity of CYP 2D1 was studied in the isolated perfused rat liver. MET significantly increased the activity of the CYP isozyme after 10 days of premedication probably by the indirect mechanism, because it did not influence its activity when administered directly into the perfusion solution.
