| Description | The relationship between essentiale hypertension,obesitas and baroreflex sensitivity was aim of the present study. 24 children and adolescents(mean year-SD:15,2-3,5, in office)were examined. Baroreflex sensitivity (BRS) by spectral analysis (5min recording by Finapres Ohmeda), 24hour blood pressure monitoring and body mass index(BMI) were determined. We found the relationship between higher BMI and higher systolic blood pressure and lower BRS. |
