Description The present study investigated the influence of endogenous cannabinoid receptor agonists anandamid (0.01; 1 and 10 mg/kg; i. p.) and noladin (1 and 15 mg/kg; i. p.) on immune function of leukocyte. Phagocytic activity of mouse leukocytes was measured in chemiluminescence (CL) assay using zymosan induction of phagocytosis and luminol potentiation of CL in vitro. Both agonists produced the increase of leukocyte phagocytic activity at the lower dose and decrease at the higher doses.
