Description The Lyme borreliosis is a multisystemative disease that appears in tree stages. It can affect any organ in local or generalised form. There are described four cases hospitalised and treated in ENT department due to paresis of n. recurrence and facial nerve and lesion of statoacustic organ as the symptoms of Lyme borreliosis. The difficulty of diagnosis and possibility of suitable treatment are discussed.
