| Description | At present, there are two principal methods of managing difficult aneurysms - a direct surgical method and an endovascular approach. The criteria importamt to making the decision are the patients condition, the location and size of aneurysm, the anatomic structure of the body and neck ot the aneurysm and ability of the members of the vascular team. |
