Description The article is engage reliability of the prediction of adult body height in children after oncological diseases. The results show that for total assessment reliability is necessary take into consideration inter- and intraindividual variability of difference between height prediction and definitive height. The reliability of prediction is significantly higher in men than women. The mean difference of prediciton was 0,41% in men and 1,48% in women of adult body height using the Bayley`s method (1959), and 0,33% in men and 1,55% in women using the method by Prokopec (1979). As more reliable was shown method by prokopec.
