Description Bifidobacterial strains from the collection of dairy cultures Laktoflora (Prague, Czechrepublic)were identificated by molecular biological metods.Genus specific PCR with primers Pbi F1 and Pbi R2 and species specific PCR were used. Genus specific PCR product 914 bp was restricted by enzymes Bam HI,Sau3 AI and TaqI (ARDRA).The ARDRA method and genus and species specific PCR method are available for the differentiation and identification of some species of bifidibacteria.
