| Description | Reforms of the public employment service which realizes the employment policy has begun together with the transformation of centrally planned economy into market oriented economy. Reforms have not yet finished and the situation on the labor market requires further changes in the organization and management of the public employment service. Carried reforms have brought positives but also negatives as well into the system. The reform, which supports the strengths and eliminates the weaknesses of the public employment service, is necessary. As a result of the reform it should be the public employment service which is able to perform major objectives and tasks contained in the European employment strategy. |
