| Description | The publication summarizes the results of the research carried out under the same title. The questionnaire method was used to investigate the position of women in the Czech labour market,namely in top positions, and criteria of the women's success in society. Also, women were asked about the conditions of satisfactory life from their point of view, their solution of the dilemma - family versus profession, opinions of their partners and parents on the role of a woman, possibilities of law when hindering the barriers in the professional life of women, etc. The statistical data are in some areas compared with the statistics of EU. |
