| Description | Author deals with the fact, that even after ten years from the start of restitutional processes most of persons, whose land could not been rendered, did not get any compensation for it. The author points out the insufficiency of current legislation in the field of land restitution. He stresses that Land Fund of the Czech Republic, that was charged with granting the compensations, is not subject to any effective inspection or supervision. |
