The essence of a suggested project is, in its entering part, to carry out an analysis of a land ownership in the Czech Republic with regard to the legal and historical development of this institute in the period before 1990 as well as in the period 1990 - 1997 ( with a stress on legal consequences of privatisation and restitution impact to the previous structure of the land ownership in the Czech Republic ). The purpose of this project is to solve following problems ( linking to this analysis) : a) opti mum structure of the land ownership in the Czech Republic, b) position of land - owners in the C.R. ( with a stress on disposal autorization of the land owners, include states specifications ), c) land ownership specifications with regard to the way of a land use ( above all : specialities with relation to agricultural lands, lands determined for forest functions, water covered lands, lands used for mining activities and lands located in specially protected areas and zones ).
