| Description | The aim of the stage of the project is a description and specification of Czech Republics reporting obligations to the European Environment Agency and to the European Commission, as stipulated by Directive 91/692/EEC (on standardisation and rationalisation of reports on the implementation of certain environment-related directives) and by other legislation of the European Community regarding the environment and the requirements for these processes. An inherent part, and an important prerequisite for the following stages of the project, is an analysis of the existing reporting obligations at the level of the Czech Republic and in particular of the Ministry of the Environment, as well as an analysis of how these obligations are met in practice using information instruments of the European Environment Agency. |
