The rationalistic concept of law creats the fundamental basis of the modern legal thinking. Kant was a first philosopher, who defined the concept of law. This book is an introduction in the Habermas discourse theory of law. The book is a critical analysis of discourse theory of law and its importace for modern legal thinking.
