| Description | A methodological approach to dealing with subjectivity and social discourse is presented within the general framework of hermeneutic inquiry. The design consists of a Diary-in group method which combines personal diary writing with group conversations and text reading processes in a multi-horizonted inquiry. Critical moments in the working life of actors were explored in the Swedish and Czech cultures. Empirically based articulation of hermeneutic-narrative validity of research findings is formulated. |
