| Description | This article discusses opinions of influential personalities of strategic management concerning success and successful enterprises in particular. One of the most important persons of strategic management in Czech Republic is Tomáš Baťa. The objective of this paper is to compare views and principal ideas of Tomáš Baťa with those of people working in contemporary strategic management. The article attempts to find out, which of the Baťas ideas are exploited or exploitable at present business and to what extent the contemporary managers identify with them. |
