| Description | The thermodynamic study of phase equilibria in the Cu-In-Sn system in the temperature range 200 - 600 C was performed. The phase composition of 9 samples after annealing at 200, 400 and 600 C was determined and analysis of DTA, TG and DSC was performed. |
