| Description | The teachers in primary and lower secondary school shall develop and cultivate verbalization abilities in maternity speach of their pupils. There is presupposed creating of sympathetic feeling to it. It is necessary to create an atmosphere that promotes such development; encouraging pupilss to talk about various topics and lessening their fear of excessive criticism. But the teachers should not desist from rectifying mistakes in the speaking of pupils and they should not always condone the mistakes. |
