| Description | The basic prerequisite for efficient financial management of municipalities is analyse financial flows in municipality budget. This paper deals with any analyses approaches and defines barriers which limits objective valuation of municipality financial management. The paper should contribute to identifikation any steps to more efficient financial management and to finding of cenceptional solutions. One of financial management instruments is benchmarking. Ways of its application are outlined. On the base of specific indicators it is exposed identification of internal contests and also territorial aspects. |
