| Description | Land use change proposal base on GIS and RS application. GIS and remote sensing technology were applied for completing an integrated territorial data base for the Strazny community in Bohemian forest. Multifactor land assessment has been done using ArcView GIS for identification of suitable areas for reforestation and with regard to natural, land use and social development limit conditions. The ecologically optimum species composition has been defined for future forest canopies. |
