| Description | Regardless all the teaching materials deal with the landscape, the teacher has no guideline how to map the landscape actually. The complexity and holistic approach are the basic principles to be regarded. Climatic, geological, terrain, hydrological, soil and biotic features should be respected, in cultural landscape human activities and their products as well. The identified units have to show an internal homogeneity and mutual balance of all relevant factors. The landscape unit can be surveyed in the field using indicating role of some dominating features. |
