Description This article deals with items which influencing the market orientation. Market orientation has impact on business performance. These items are resolved into three parts – external environment, business environment and internal environment. This article focuses in business and internal environment in detail. Business environment contains these items: final customer, distributor, competition and supply. Internal environment contains these items: TOP managers, organizational structure and culture, business strategy and employees.
