Description Essay describes complicated mechanisms of Yugoslavian constitution of 1974, being, based on opinion of numerous experts, one of the most important factors of the disintegration of Yugoslavian federation, and which in practice made confederation from centralized state. Paper draws attention to the fact, that autonomous provinces of Serbian federation, Kosova and Vojvodina, were raised in rank to the level of republics and often behaved against the interests of Serbian establishment. Merit of this work was dedicated to the efforts of Serbian political stage to modify the constitution and reversal centralization of Serbia.
