Description Three tracer tests with uranine dye were performed on the underground segment of the Punkva river (Punkevní and Amatérská caves) and the Říčka creek (southern part of the Moravian Karst). Results demonstrated large volumes of submerged part of karst conduits in surroundings of the Macocha Chasm. This results and other observations correspond well with the presumption of very slow tracer movement in large sump (mean cross section area about 30 m2) during low water stage. Third tracer test was performed on the Říčka creek during very hight water stage thus enabling to compare the flow parameters with tracer test performed during normal conditions.
