| Description | Gestalt therapy is in its practice both relation and task oriented. A therapeutic intervention called experiment presents a specific contribution. The therapist directs actively the ongoing therapeutic relationship to raise awareness of the client and assist in activation of the client s neglected potentials. The therapist uses the awareness of his own experience here and now in the relation with the client. |
