| Description | The autors in this article is interessed about skin changes, which may be appear in the surrounding of chronic and acute wounds, which may complicate wound healing. This changes must be considered in the choose of local dressing suitable for nursing of wound. This changes are divided in several groups: 1. changes of color, 2. various eczemas, 3. complication of microbial components, 4. fungi diseases, 5. hypertrophic and atrophic changes. She descibes possibilities of the treatment. |
