| Description | This paper discusses terms “social economy”,”welfare state”,”social company”. Social company grants noncash benefits to employees. These benefits are useful for both sides, thanks its noncash character. Together with tax advantages, it could be a rather powerful factor of stabilisation and motivation, which could be used to accelerate work effort of employees. Generally the social partners largely participate on wage assessment, forming labour regulations, institutions and economic policies as well. |
