| Description | This article is reflection of the modification of the principles and regulation of the public administration procedure in the Czech Republic during the revisions of the Public Administration. Such revisions were mainly connected with the adoption of the Act No. 500/2004 Coll., Code of Administrative Proceedings and with principles of Good Governance included in that act. It assesses the influence of the Europeanization, changes in discretionary powers of administrative authorities. Wider dispositional leeway brings also increased liability for the proper implementation of the proportionality. |
