| Description | After short introduction the article deals with the term public institute. Then it critically analyses Czech legal regulation of forms of public institutes founded by local self-goverment units and it especially focuses on their property law substance. It continues with the idea of perspectives of conceptual solutions in given area and ends with statement of fact that the cooperation of the scholars ans practitioners (especially of economists and lawyers) in this area is not satisfactory. |
