| Description | The contribution deals with the problem of the battle of the forms in international trade. The battle of the forms arises in situation when parties of a contract use the preprinted standard terms whose provisions contradict. There are two main approaches resolving the question of the battle of the forms - last-shot doctrine and knock-out rule. |
