| Description | There are three approaches to the concept of law: value content, formal and legal sociological approach. Legal theory has approached the law from the standpoint of monism or dualism until now. Changes of social reality, globalisation of the law and Europeanization of the law cause a changes of the system of national law and the parallel existence of the different legal systems in the same territory. Conceptions of legal pluralism and multicentrism of law strive for analysis of these issues. |
