| Description | It is increasing impact of genetics, genomics and immunopathogenesis in psoriasis. Psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis are complex diseases from genetic point of view with genetic background and trriggering factors which start it is manifestation. There are several loci with suspected susceptibility gene for psoriasis, i.e. 6p21.3, 17q. In immunopathogenesis we are dealing now witch increasing impact of dendritic cells, disturbed proapoptotic signals etc. |
