Description In a 63 years old patient with the ischaemic arterial disease after an implantation of femoropoplteal bypass on the right side have been made an angiography. It has shown an obstruction of AFC on the right side. After this examination an operation has been indicated. Perpoperative an calcificated haematoma fully encircling the artery. After exstirpation the blood flow was normal. This case report demonstrates the calcification after previous operations on the arterial system as a rare cause of an artery obstruction.
